Following the slogan "Share our passion for taste", we have officially become an Approved Programme Provider of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) & Wine Scholar Guild, enabling us to provide accessible, best-in-class education and qualifications to inspire and empower the world's wine and spirit professionals and enthusiasts.

A branch of Red Apron Wines & Spirits, Vietnam's leading retail network of 16 boutique shops, Red Apron Wine School has set for mission to develop wine education in the country. Awarded Approved Program Provider for international leading programs (WSET, Wine Scholar Guild...), it also develops tailored programs for both wine enthusiasts and professionals. With four training centres across the country (Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang & Phu Quoc), it has become the number one center for wine education in Vietnam, attracting students from all over Southeast Asia.

MS. LAURA GUTIERREZ (DipWSET, SWS, FWS)
WINE EDUCATOR

Born in a wine country and graduated in Hospitality Management, Laura continued her wine career in Dublin, where she managed one of the biggest wine cellar in Ireland and then work for Celliers d'Asie during 4 years. With a strong passion for wine and having passed WSET Level 4 Diploma with Merit, Spanish Wine Scholar with highest honors and French Wine Scholar, she is now Wine Educator in Red Apron Wine School.

Huy Khac Nguyen (DipWSET, CS)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & SOMMELIER (CERTIFIED BY CMS)

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality and wine industry, Mr. Huy Nguyen is currently Business Development Manager & Sommelier at Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits. A Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) and WSET Diploma holder, he actively leads professional training, wine tasting events, retail management and HORECA wine programs. He was awarded Best Sommelier of Vietnam in French Wine 2017 and achieved First Runner-up at Ambassadeur du Monde du Vin (AMV) 2024.

MR. LY THE TUNG
WINE EDUCATOR

With over eight years of experience in the wine industry, Mr. Ly The Tung is a wine professional and educator. He previously worked as an Assistant Retail Director before transitioning into wine education, starting as a WSET Assistant Lecturer and later becoming a WSET Lecturer. Holding the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Distinction, he has strong expertise in viticulture, winemaking and wine tasting analysis. He is currently a Wine Educator at Red Apron Wine School in Vietnam.

MR. SYLVAIN BOURNIGAULT (DipWSET)

Mr. Bournigault holds two Master's Degrees in Business Law, and Wine Law & Trade of Université Bordeaux. WSET Level 3 with Distinction and WSET Level 4 Diploma with Merit. Skilled in Marketing Management, Food & Beverage, FMCG and Hospitality Management, with a strong passion for wines and spirits and great experience, Mr. Bournigault has been working with Celliers d'Asie for 25 years and gained much respect in the industry.

MRS. LE VAN ANH (DipWSET)

With a MBA and years of experience in the wines and spirits industry, Mrs. Van Anh holds an important position at Red Apron Fine Wines and Spirits: the company's Managing Partner. Having achieved WSET Level 3 with Distinction, WSET Level 4 Diploma and as a Certified Educator of WSET Level 1-2-3, she hopes to spread not only the passion for wine but also the knowledge of wine to Vietnamese people.
